  • Masterclasses

    I have developed one of the most successful high school saxophone programs in the country, with performances at the Midwest Clinic, and fifteen TMEA All-State Students in 12 years. I would love the opportunity to help your students develop strong fundamentals on their instrument as well as techniques to find success throughout audition processes and more advanced playing.

  • Sectionals

    With a 13 year career as a successful 6a Band Director, I have an intimate knowledge of what is necessary for students to be successful in a performance ensemble. I would love to help your students find success on their band music, with tips on how to approach ensemble playing and practice strategies to help them bring more success to your rehearsals and performances.

  • Coachings

    Saxophone Quartet is my passion. I firmly believe that saxophone students benefit more from chamber music performance than any other musical opportunity. I would love the chance to work with your students on chamber music in quartets or large saxophone ensembles. I have had students perform in chamber groups across the country, and direct the most successful high school chamber program in the country with success in the UIL Solo and Ensemble system, as well as national and international competitions.

Private Studio Instruction

I maintain a small and intensive studio of private saxophone students. If you have a student who is looking to achieve the highest levels of success in music and saxophone performance have them reach out to begin instruction!

SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST LESSON TODAY!

  • My private students consistently excel at the TMEA All-State Process, UIL Solo Competitions and have competed successfully in MTNA and NASA National Solo Competitions. Students in my studio often receive acceptance to major university undergraduate programs and receive ability based scholarships.

  • Students in my studio are required to arrive prepared for their lesson. Practice throughout the week is a necessity. Students who continually arrive unprepared will be dismissed from the studio.

  • Lessons are 60 minutes long and occur weekly. Instruction costs $50 per lesson and is paid monthly.
